Returns Policy
Eligibility: Items are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings and customized/personalized jewellery are not eligible for return.

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchange Option: Customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized Orders: Custom-made and personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.
